YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," or “psychic sleep” is a guided meditation and relaxation practice that induces a state of conscious relaxation while maintaining a sense of awareness. It involves lying down in a comfortable position and following verbal instructions that lead the student through various stages of relaxation.
During a Yoga Nidra session, students experience a profound release of physical, mental, and emotional tension.
